North Somerset Labour Party member Andy Linington has received a reply to the letter he wrote to our Conservative MP Liam Fox.

The letter, signed by 30 North Somerset Labour Party members, expressed our deep concern at plans to put workers’ rights at risk post-Brexit. A copy is available to read here.

We received a reply from Fox, which he also posted on his website, in which he assured us that the Secretary of State for Business has no intentions of lowering the standards of workers rights.

We look forwards to seeing the enhancements of workers rights Fox mentioned in his letter.
