I have been a Labour Party member, off and on, throughout my adult life. I am a union activist and am currently Branch Secretary of North Somerset UNISON.  I have regular contact with unions across the district and work collaboratively with them to recruit and support union members and to campaign on workplace issues.

As TULO, I am working  to improve union and CLP liaison,  to develop and drive a strategy of shared union and Labour party activities and to encourage party members to join a union and union members to support the Labour Party.
